Laurence L. Ethan KortkampPresident/Founder of Global Note Exchange and co-founder of Horizon Community Bank. Ethan is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science and Environmental Studies with emphasis on fostering cooperation and communication amid specialists in various fields. During his tenure as founding member and Vice-President of Real Estate Operations and Security Officer for Horizon Community Bank, he brought HCB from conception to assets over $150 Million. Ethan’s responsibilities included $60 million in mortgage purchase/refinance sales on secondary Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac markets, $50 Million in Commercial Loans, presiding over FDIC applications, compliance, State Banking Licensing and operations and an $11 Million portfolio structuring phase construction of single-family residences. Ethan also has experience in state, county and city planning and development. As Chief Planner/GIS Coordinator for La Paz County, Arizona Dept of Community Development he managed permits & plan reviews, Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping, surveys, and overlays as well as 911 Emergency Management System Administration, Arizona Building Code, Land Use, Development Standards, Grant Application and Administration, and Civic Cooperation and Election Data Analysis including a ten year study of Demographics, growth trends, Subdivision and Development Laws.

Clark Carman:Co-founder and Managing Partner of CashTex Advisors, LLC. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a an Associate’s Degree in Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Clark is a successful real estate developer and entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in real estate, sales, marketing, commercial developments, industrial refrigeration, commercial facilities operations and property management. Clark has been engaged in all types of real estate acquisitions and developments across the US and is experienced in all phases of Real Estate Development, construction, civil engineering, survey, architectural design, planning, finance and development coordination.  Additionally, Clark has extensive experience in corporate formation and development having co-founded a number of companies including CHC Development Services Company, Comserv Management Holdings, LLC , “The Real Estate Development Services Institute” and US Community Development Corporation a 501c3.

Robert Jones: Co-founder and Managing Partner of CashTex Advisors, LLC.  Robert was an Alumni Scholar at the University of Oklahoma and a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and holds a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law, and a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Oklahoma. He also attended Oxford University where he received course credits in International Business. Robert combines his impressive educational background with more than 20 years of real estate related experience. He has participated on all sides of the real estate and financing table and brings a unique set of skills to private business financing. Robert’s vast and varied experience affords him a wide contact network allowing him to both understand and empathize with all parties insuring successful transactions.
