Laurence L. Kortkamp: CEO of American National Note Network LLC, dba American Note Exchange. Under Larry’s tenure ANX became a premier privately funded real estate purchasing, trading, servicing and liquidating group. Larry’s extensive management experience in corporate as well as a 30 year history in real estate sales, exchange and development make him uniquely qualified to head up this exciting company. Larry is Co-founder of ANX Energy, Global Note Exchange (GNX), Global Note Holding, Global One Marketing, Peoples Equity Performance Club LLC and SYSTEM LLC.
Ethan Kortkamp: President/Founder of Global Note Exchange and co-founder of Horizon Community Bank. Ethan is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science and Environmental Studies with emphasis on fostering cooperation and communication amid specialists in various fields. During his tenure as founding member and Vice-President of Real Estate Operations and Security Officer for Horizon Community Bank, he brought HCB from conception to assets over $150 Million. Ethan’s responsibilities included $60 million in mortgage purchase/refinance sales on secondary Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac markets, $50 Million in Commercial Loans, presiding over FDIC applications, compliance, State Banking Licensing and operations and an $11 Million portfolio structuring phase construction of single-family residences. Ethan also has experience in state, county and city planning and development. As Chief Planner/GIS Coordinator for La Paz County, Arizona Dept of Community Development he managed permits & plan reviews, Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping, surveys, and overlays as well as 911 Emergency Management System Administration, Arizona Building Code, Land Use, Development Standards, Grant Application and Administration, and Civic Cooperation and Election Data Analysis including a ten year study of Demographics, growth trends, Subdivision and Development Laws.
Clark Carman:Co-founder and Managing Partner of CashTex Advisors, LLC. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a an Associate’s Degree in Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Clark is a successful real estate developer and entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in real estate, sales, marketing, commercial developments, industrial refrigeration, commercial facilities operations and property management. Clark has been engaged in all types of real estate acquisitions and developments across the US and is experienced in all phases of Real Estate Development, construction, civil engineering, survey, architectural design, planning, finance and development coordination. Additionally, Clark has extensive experience in corporate formation and development having co-founded a number of companies including CHC Development Services Company, Comserv Management Holdings, LLC , “The Real Estate Development Services Institute” and US Community Development Corporation a 501c3.
Stephan Bitton: Graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering, B.Sc.Eng., Civil Engineering, Structural Design plus a Masters Graduate Course in Environmental Engineering all from Polytechnic University as well as Graduate Courses in Macro-Economy and Financial Analysis from University Of Montreal helped to prepare Stephan for his unique career in business. His 20 years of experience include establishment of multiple State and Nationwide marketing campaigns for many major utility companies, in the Telecom, Natural Gas and Electricity fields throughout Canada, Europe and the United States. Expansion and Organic Growth of multi-million customer bases under strict industry and government guidelines. Seventeen years of Energy Deregulation Specialization in Sales, Marketing, Supply and Billing of essential services and Utilites for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Market segments in North America and Europe. Experienced in Motivational Speaking and Seminars for National Marketing companies and Utilities. He has presented in motivational and sales seminars with renowned speakers and 100 Millions+ Net worth individuals such as Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Robert Kyosaki, Tim Mulcahy, Brennan Mulcahy, Mark Silver, George Foreman, etc. Stephan brings Fifteen years of experience in coaching National Sales Directors, Managers, and Representatives in Europe and North America to achieve Sales Excellence and multi-million customer base growth with sales forces up to 700 individuals. He is also fluent in English, French and Spanish.
