Nextec System Cuts Generator
Fuel Costs 50% Or More !
When used with a diesel or other fuel type generator, the Nextec Regeneration
System is able to save between 50% to 85% of the fuel that would be required for normal operation depending on your load size. A generator using Nextec technology only needs to be run for approximately 3 hours a day to produce 24 hours of power. This not only saves fuel, but also reduces maintenance costs associated with normal generator usage, and extends the life of a generator by a factor of about 4-8 times the generators normal life expectancy. For most users the reduced maintenance costs associated with de-carbonization, oil and filter changes and manpower needed to perform those tasks, provide cost savings that parallel the fuel savings they experience. Additionally, because the generator runs for many fewer hours a day, carbon emissions are dramatically reduced. In certain applications in which emissions are regulated by the EPA or other entity, the use of the Nextec Regenerations System may bring a generator that could not normally be approved into regulatory compliance.
