Dallas, TX September 20, 2009. American Note Exchange, LLC (ANX) announced today that it has entered into a Manufacture Representative agreement with Universal Power Group, Inc. (NYSE Amex: UPG), a Texas-based distributor and supplier of batteries and related power accessories, and a provider of supply chain and other value-added services. Under the terms of the agreement, ANX is now a United States Rep for UPG. ANX and affiliate’s also are the US Master Distributor of the Nextec Regeneration Systems which utilizes a battery bank comprised of UPG Sealed Lead Acid battery technology. This relationship greatly enhances the Nextec System offering throughout the U.S. paving the way for commercial partners, manufacturers and resellers to take advantage of the unprecedented opportunity and energy saving benefits of the Nextec System.
